Produce or review construction programmes, site layouts, sequences and phased logistics plans.
Establish the current position, identify constraints and assess recovery options. A findings report and prioritised action plan set out the way forward.

Phil leads construction strategy, programming, logistics and delivery coordination. For larger commissions, he brings together trusted independent specialists to address the wider needs of the assignment.
